CPA Harun Yarrow
Chief Executive Officer
CPA Harun is a seasoned professional in finance, audit management and institutional governance with over a decade of experience in the public sector and non-profit consulting. He holds a master’s degree in finance and economics, is a Certified Public Accountant and is currently pursuing a PhD in Business Administration. Since 2022 Harun has served as a part-time consultant with local NGOs contributing to strategic planning, financial systems integration and organizational development. His leadership at SIRA is anchored in ethical stewardship, evidence-based decision-making and a vision for sustainable community impact.
